Mr. He Huang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of POWERCHINA Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited. (POWERCHINA Chengdu hereinafter) met recently with Mr. Gangqiang Liu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of POWERCHINA Bidding and Purchasing Public Resource Trading Platform (POWERCHINA Trading hereinafter) and both parties made exchanges on strengthening cooperation in both domestic and international new energy fields.

Mr. Huang cordially welcomed Mr. Liu and his team, briefly introduced the assets and liabilities, business structure, and other relevant status of POWERCHINA Chengdu, and expressed his expectations to build agreements on substantive cooperation.  He stated that both parties need think extensively based upon their respective plans in strategic development and needs in business growth to get involved in business at early stages when investment getting involved so as to ensure a substantive and fruitful cooperation.  

Mr. Liu introduced the realignment in organizational structure and recent work at POWERCHINA Trading, summarized their developmental plan, marketing strategy, business operation overseas, financial support, platform ecological system, etc., and hoped to build comprehensive strategic cooperation through trade solutions by value contributions to POWERCHINA Chengdu in credentials and financial supports. 

Mr. Dunmin Yang, Managing Director of Overseas Business Department at POWERCHINA Chengdu, presided the meeting, accompanied by relevant personnel in charge of Departments of Strategic and Business Management, Solar PV Business of POWERCHINA Trading, and Department of Investment and Fund Management，Procurement Center, Overseas Business Department, Chengdu Corporation International, New Energy Corporation of POWERCHINA Chengdu.
