Mr. He Huang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Board of POWERCHINA Chengdu Engineering Corporation Ltd. (POWERCHINA Chengdu hereinafter) met with Mr. Qiyun Hu, the Chairman of board of ZHONGXIN International Transportation Services Corporation Ltd. (Zhongxin hereinafter) and his associates recently in corporate HQs in Wenjiang, and both parties discussed issues in market operations abroad.  

Mr. Huang welcomed the visit of Mr. Hu, briefly introduced the business developments in infrastructure, renewable, etc., emphasized on the project progresses overseas under the impact of COVID-19, and expressed his wish to overcome the pandemic adversary and actively expand global markets together with Zhongxin, because POWERCHINA Chengdu has to increase devotion in international market and to strengthen interaction and cooperation with all possible partners in order to transform POWRERCHINA Chengdu into an International Engineering Corporation.     

Mr. Hu introduced the development status at Zhongxin in recent years, its business operation in markets abroad, and a series of measures ensuing both production and operation since the onset of pandemic. He affirmed the good and longstanding corporation with POWERCHINA Chengdu, and hoped to further interactions, co-investigate opportunities and risks in international markets, explore in depth the cooperative paths, so as to promote projects abroad steadily and successfully together. 

Participants from both parties also exchanged views in investment risks in global markets and difficult issues in promoting projects overseas.

Participants also included Mr. Xiaoyang Liu, the Director of Procurement Center, Mr. Dunmin Yang, the Managing Director of Overseas Business Department and General Manager of International Corporation of POWERCHINA Chengdu, and Mr. Yanqun Wu, the General Manager, and Mr. Yanhua Ma, the Deputy General Manager of the First Operation Unit at Zhongxin.
