Recently, the fifth meeting of the Ninth Council of the China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Association (CEPEA) was held in Shanghai, where outstanding enterprises and their leaders who have actively promoted high-quality development in the industry were honored. Our company was named "Advanced Enterprise for High-quality Development in the Power Planning and Design Industry from 2020 to 2023," and our consultant Huang He was awarded the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur for High-quality Development in the Power Planning and Design Industry from 2020 to 2023." This honor is a full recognition of our company's pursuit of excellence in terms of efficiency development, innovation, market development, and social responsibility, continuously achieving high-quality development.

In recent years, our company has always aimed at meeting the strategic needs of national energy security, standing at the forefront of clean energy industry technology, and has built a large number of "national treasures" such as Ertan Hydropower Station, Xiluodu Hydropower Station, and Jinping First-tier Hydropower Station, becoming a leading enterprise in the hydropower survey and design industry. Facing new challenges in the new era, our company has set international leading technology-based engineering companies as its business goals, firmly implemented innovation-driven development, stimulated innovative momentum, and empowered new-quality productivity through technological innovation. We have focused on green, low-carbon, and digital transformation, targeted key areas to conduct core technology research, consolidated our core advantages in traditional fields such as hydropower and water conservancy, and planned strategic emerging industries and future industries such as new energy, deep space utilization, and digital technology.

A total of 21 enterprises were awarded the title of "Advanced Enterprise for High-quality Development in the Power Planning and Design Industry from 2020 to 2023," and 18 enterprise principals were recognized as "Outstanding Entrepreneur for High-quality Development in the Power Planning and Design Industry from 2020 to 2023." At the meeting, Zhang Bingcheng, the acting secretary-general of the association, delivered a work report titled "Building Consensus, Strengthening Confidence, and Promoting High-quality Development of the Electric Power Engineering Industry to a New Level," calling on enterprises to enhance confidence, overcome difficulties, deeply analyze and assess new situations, thoroughly understand and utilize policies, support the construction of a new power system with high-quality development, and contribute to achieving the "double carbon" goal.
